By accessing or using BlitzUp ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

BlitzUp is a creative content tool that helps users design slideshow carousels and publish them to social media platforms including Pinterest and TikTok. The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate content and integrates with third-party platforms for image sourcing and content publishing.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party platforms such as Pinterest and TikTok. By connecting your accounts on these platforms, you authorize BlitzUp to access and use your account data in accordance with this agreement and our Privacy Policy. You retain full control over connected accounts and may disconnect them at any time.

When using Pinterest integration, BlitzUp accesses the Pinterest API to search for images and publish content on your behalf. All actions taken through the Pinterest API require your explicit authorization and consent. We comply with Pinterest's Developer Guidelines and API Terms of Service.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant BlitzUp a limited license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Generate or distribute harmful, abusive, or misleading content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Use the Service for spam or unsolicited communications

7. Credits and Payments

Certain features of the Service require credits. Credits are consumed when using AI generation and export features. Credit balances and pricing are subject to change. All purchases are final unless otherwise required by applicable law.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. BlitzUp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated terms on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
